Three Phish Related Charities Join Forces In a Fundraiser for Phish’s WaterWheel Foundation

Monday, September 12th, 2016

Phish’s WaterWheel Foundation, The Mockingbird Foundation, and the Mimi Fishman Foundation have joined forces in a new on-line charity auction.

In what has become a tour tradition, the Mimi Fishman Foundation is once again hosting an on-line charity auction to benefit Phish’s WaterWheel Foundation.

This time around the Mockingbird Foundation has joined as well by offering a copy of their fantastic new book The Phish Companion to every auction winner.

Every show on the fall tour is represented on the auction with a ticket/book package.  The auction is currently live, ending October 10, 2016.   An auction highlight is the Las Vegas run, as the winner will receive two tickets to each of the four Vegas shows.

The WaterWheel Foundation was created by Phish in 1997 to oversee the band's various charitable activities. The Mockingbird Foundation was founded in 1996 by fans of Phish to raise funds for music education.  The Mimi Fishman Foundation was established in 1999 by Miriam "Mimi" Fishman (the late mother of Phish drummer Jon Fishman) and continues to operate today as a tribute to Mimi.
