WaterWheel Foundation Mimi Fishman Foundation Auction Reprise

Wednesday, June 23, 2010

The WaterWheel Foundation and the Mimi Fishman Foundation have teamed together for a "reprise" of their recently completed on-line charity auction. While the previous auction featured a package representing each tour stop on the 1st leg of the 2010 Phish Summer tour, the new auction covers the tours 2nd half. Every tour stop multiple nights including fan favorites such as Alpine Valley, Deer Creek, and Jones Beach, as well as a special 3 night run at the Greek Theater in Berkeley. A very special run in Telluride places an exclamation point on the tour.

The on-line auction is currently live with the bidding coming to close on Monday, July 19.

In addition to a pair of reserved tickets per show, the auction packages include "bonus" items including posters by famed poster artist Jim Pollock and signed by the band, a rare David Welker print, etc.

Limited Edition Signed Phish Posters Featured on The Mimi Fishman Foundation's On-Line Auction

Monday, February 8, 2010

The first Mimi Fishman Foundation on-line charity auction of the new decade has just launched. The auction features over 30 limited edition posters from Phish's 2009 tour, including the end of year Miami run and Festival 8. All the posters are signed by each of the members of Phish and in most cases the poster artist as well; Phish famed artist Jim Pollock included. Making the posters extremely rare is the fact the band signed only 5 posters from each show.

The beneficiaries of the auction proceeds include the Delta Gamma Center for Children with Visual Impairments, a wonderful organization that extends services to visually impaired children ages birth to three as well as their families - as well as the SPCA of Syracuse, an organization which was very close to Mimi's heart and where she got her cat Valentine.

Bidding on the auction concludes Monday, March 1; with each auction item having it's own specific end time.

Phish Memorabilia to Benefit the Children of the Delta Gamma Center

Tuesday, September 8, 2009

The Mimi Fishman Foundation once again displays its strong support for the Delta Gamma Center for Children with Visual Impairments. This time around, the Foundation's on-line charity auction concentrates on Phish and in a huge way. Items range from Phish's Festival 8 tickets (with a Jon Fishman drumstick tossed in), to Scramble Campbell's artwork created at one of Phish's 2009 Red Rocks shows, to a mother lode of Phish Summer 2009 signed posters.

The auction closes for bidding on September 28, 2009.
